Having been one of the founders of Mason-Kay, Inc., the primary jade source in the United States, and after actively managing it for over thirty years, I have retired from the daily grind. But my interest in jade in all its aspects has not diminished. I am still lecturing on jade around the country and continue to write articles.

I have opened a shop specializing in fine jade jewelry, statuary and artifacts, in Denver, Colorado. This web site is the window to the world for my shop: The Jade Room. You may rest assured that all items carried in the shop are "A" jade; that is, natural jade, totally free of the chemical enhancement so common today.

In addition to jade the shop shall feature other items of Asian 'eclectica', such as the collectible prints of Paul Jacoulet, classical items of the scholar's desk and other Chinese art and ceramics.

In connection with this site I shall be writing a blog on jade discussing the curiosities and rich lore surrounding this ever-fascinating stone.
